We collected our order only to find half of it was missing, 30 minutes to get there and back, had to go back again so an hour trip for poor food that ended up getting wasted as it was inedible, never again

Placed online order at 17.15 on 7th March 2026 . Called shop at 18.15 ,they said it was just leaving shop . Still no sign at 19.00. Went over to shop ,they said it had definitely left shop . I wasn't only 1 in shop with similar experience. Won't be using again. It's now 19.22 and still no sign of delivery. Disgraceful
